Public Safety Dispatchers

Public Safety Dispatchers are the first line of contact for the Benton County public, making your job essential. Position duties would include Answering 9-1-1 calls and non-emergency calls, sending help to people in need, using technology, gathering and sharing information, prioritizing needs, assigning duties, and more.

The responsibilities of our female and male Detention Officers include the control, observation, and supervision of inmates to ensure the maintenance of security, safety, operational rules, and policies of the Benton County Jail. A specific benefit to this position includes the ability to retire with full benefits as early as age 55.
